After law school, I worked in the legal profession and as a teacher in higher education. In higher education, I have increasingly focused on guiding students. In this context I have followed several training courses and workshops.

In 2008/2009 I followed the coaching training with the Enneagram AT Corael in De Bilt.
The next logical step was to set up a coaching and training practice.

In 2014/2015 I followed the CIVAS training in Family and Organizational Constellations and completed it SUCCESSFULLY.
I work with table setups, where I guide someone one on one to clarify a problem situation.

My Vision means that people are good and loving at their core. Due to the pain, which is mainly experienced in the first years of life, you may have gotten rid of it early. But traumas and major experiences in later life can also cause disruptions. You come under the spell of your passions, such as anger, shame, fear, but also laziness, resentment, pride, vanity, envy, greed, gluttony, lust. You are no longer in control of your life, you lack balance and inner peace.

My coaching is mainly aimed at promoting or regaining autonomy AT the client. So that you can move on and consciously make choices that you support and that are good for you. Above all, coaching should not create dependency and a coaching process will therefore generally be short-lived. My vision also means that a person is born to learn. For a lifetime. The Enneagram workshops are suitable for those who are open to this. You can call it working on personal development, personal growth or working on spirituality.
